• Interested in joining a growing company focused on energy efficiency and climate solutions? • Support our Emerging Technologies Implementation work. • Have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions. • Communicate program and market progress to management, clients, and external stakeholders. • Guide a team conducting market research and data analysis. • Develop and manage complex project budgets with minimal oversight. • Track industry trends that impact energy efficiency. • Organize and facilitate in-person meetings and collaboration sessions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preferably engineering, environmental science or business. • A minimum of 8 years of work experience. • A minimum of 5 years project management experience. • Familiarity with commercial energy efficient HVAC, Foodservice, and related technologies. • Demonstrated ability to conduct large, collaborative, facilitated sessions. • Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks. • Strong client communication and client relationship management skills. • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote). • Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus. • Willingness to conduct occasional business travel.
