• Responsible for leading and managing area sales to achieve company objectives. • Develop and implement effective Area sales strategies to achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with electricity distribution companies and Turnkey contractors. • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's Low voltage and medium voltage electricity distribution products and services.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience of 06~08 years in Sales or similar role in the electrical or electricity distribution products industry. • Preferred location is Hyderabad/ Cochin/ Bangaluru. • Extensive travels to client sites. • Strong understanding of electricity distribution and related electrical products and their applications. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in using CRM, IFS, SAP, Teams, Office 360.
