• We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. • A customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems. • The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. • Customer service representatives can advocate for customers when necessary. • Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service abilities • Track record of over-achieving quota • Good phone etiquette and communication skills • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • High school diploma or GED • Proficient in English • Strong data entry skills • Computer skills • Experience with outbound calling • Analytical skills • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus • Sales and upselling experience preferred • Spanish language proficiency advantageous • Authorized to work in the United States • At least 18 years old
