Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience preferred. •Vast Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Affordable multi-family, with a demonstrated deep understanding of its technologies, trends, and challenges. •Proven Sales Engineering Success: 5 years of successful sales engineering experience, including involvement in complex Affordable solution sales and technical leadership. •Strategic Insight: Ability to align technical expertise with sales strategies, contributing to successful revenue generation and market penetration. •C-Level Presence: A proven track record of engaging with C-level executives, building strong relationships, and influencing decisions. •Communication Mastery: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. •Innovation Mindset: A natural inclination toward innovation and an ability to envision creative technical solutions to challenging problems. •Collaborative Leader: A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, fostering teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing. •Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements and industry events
