Description

• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using relevant KPIs, delivering regular reports to the team • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with marketing goals • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, ensuring a high level of customer engagement • Conduct regular competitive analysis, stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply insights to improve our social media strategies • Coordinate with influencers and other relevant figures for promotional activities • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Proven experience (2-4 years) in social media management and content creation • Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics • Ability to deliver creative and engaging content • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
