Description

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. • Building new client relationships and expanding market presence. • Solicit, recruit, and evaluate potential new business. • Maintain client contacts and network actively. • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. • Monitor market conditions and activities of competitive firms. • Work with departmental leaders to bring creative solutions.

Requirements

• Three years of sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing and/or consulting services. • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization. • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time. • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. • Affect or change others' positions and opinions. • Reach mutually satisfying agreements and compromises. • Present self as a positive representative of the organization. • Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships. • Engage effectively in dialogue.
