β€’ FIRST exists to prepare the young people of today for the world of tomorrow. β€’ The mission of FIRST is to provide life-changing robotics programs that give young people the skills, confidence, and resilience to build a better world. β€’ Join our team and let's work together to prepare young people for the future! β€’ The FIRST Business Development Manager drives growth and sales for FIRST Programs within a designated territory and for specific FIRST program(s). β€’ Key responsibilities include spearheading sales for a defined geography, closing deals, following up on leads, meeting annual sales goals and qualifying prospects.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Creative problem solver who thrives in a customer-centric environment. β€’ Typically requires a BA or BS in a related discipline. β€’ Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. β€’ Self-motivated worker with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skillset with excellent presentation skills. β€’ Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce is required. β€’ Experience with or exposure to FIRST programs (preferred). β€’ Experience selling products in the K-12 education space (preferred). β€’ Comfortable working in a remote team environment. β€’ Ability to travel 30-40% of the time required.
