β€’ Generate new service business opportunities through lead analysis, research, and identification of potential customers. β€’ Establish new business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-ups. β€’ Gain detailed understanding of customer needs regarding products or services. β€’ Develop customer solutions focused on service offerings. β€’ Document service project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders. β€’ Manage changes in service project scope and costs. β€’ Participate in onsite/offsite customer visits as needed. β€’ Attain or exceed KPI metrics for the position. β€’ Enter and analyze data in CRM software as required. β€’ Provide forecasts and overall service sales strategy for assigned region. β€’ Prepare cost reports, inspection reports, and customer correspondence. β€’ Partner effectively with Rittal and distribution partner sales teams to achieve regional goals. β€’ Maintain an in-depth understanding of Rittal products, markets, applications, and distributor models. β€’ Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience. β€’ Prior experience in outside sales and/or service sales preferred. β€’ 3-5 years related experience. β€’ Experience using customer relationship management tools is preferred. β€’ Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP R/3. β€’ Professional appearance, customer oriented, negotiation skills, and flexibility. β€’ Project management experience a plus. β€’ Willingness to travel 25-50%.
