📋 Description
Equip Health is seeking a motivated and creative Business Development Representative to join our Patient Acquisition team. You will play a critical role in discovering and building relationships with providers to acquire patient referrals to Equip.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. 1+ years experience in a similar sales/success role preferred. Strong preference for experience within a healthcare organization and/or a passion for the healthcare industry. A creative approach to prospecting using traditional methods alongside new technologies. Highly coachable with a commitment to professional growth and development. Data-driven mindset focused on measuring and enhancing outreach effectiveness. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient and able to handle challenges.
