🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations. • HR or benefits-related certification (e.g., CEBS, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. • Experience working in a fully remote environment with employees across multiple states. • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices including benefits administration, leave management, and compliance regulations. • Demonstrated experience improving and automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
