• 5+ years of relevant experience serving as an HR Business Partner for a high-growth organization. PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification. • Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills including the demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with leaders at all levels as well as the demonstrated ability to understand someone’s needs, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. • Self starter with demonstrated experience taking initiative to continuously improve processes and systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Google Suite products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and facilitate trainings.
