β’ 7+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β’ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. β’ Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred. β’ Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. β’ Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. β’ Strong technical skills and ability to work professionally in a remote environment. β’ Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and proficiency in Google Suite. β’ Passion for Pompa Programβs mission and values.
