β€’ Pompa Program is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic and growing team. β€’ Serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support the company’s mission, culture, and growth. β€’ Align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. β€’ Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals. β€’ Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management. β€’ Support organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management. β€’ Drive employee engagement strategies to enhance retention and overall team satisfaction. β€’ Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and implement leadership development programs. β€’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. β€’ Provide data-driven insights and reporting to drive HR decision-making and business outcomes. β€’ Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring efforts and ensure a seamless candidate experience. β€’ Champion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture in a remote environment.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β€’ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. β€’ Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred. β€’ Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. β€’ Strong technical skills and ability to work professionally in a remote environment. β€’ Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred) and proficiency in Google Suite. β€’ Passion for Pompa Program’s mission and values.
