📋 Description
• Key role in shaping and executing HR strategies. • Oversee core HR functions including benefits administration and policy compliance. • Foster a workplace culture that promotes collaboration and engagement. • Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (required); SHRM-SCP preferred. • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a generalist or similar role. • Proven success in managing multiple HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. • Experience leading, coaching, and supporting teams across various functions. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, including PayCom and recruiting platforms like Indeed. • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive decision-making. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and a results-driven mindset. • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
