📋 Description
• Create, manage and maintain well-designed and thoughtfully packaged content across the Sales Intelligence and Enablement (SIE) team. • Submit and manage SIE team content uploads to Seismic and Equitable’s Marketing Review system. • Design and create thoughtful, compelling content tailored for the Individual Retirement (IR) field and advanced markets. • Analyze content usage metrics to identify trends, measure engagement, and provide actionable insights. • Organize and execute webinars tailored for a financial professional audience.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-6 years of annuity or financial planning experience • Bachelor’s degree • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint • Strong writing skills and the ability to design and create compelling content across various document types, including presentations, emails, and PDFs. • Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. • Ability to analyze and interpret usage metrics to provide actionable insights. • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content strategies. • Attention to detail to ensure all materials are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
