Description

• Oversee implementation of operations and administration functions for Groundswell and Groundswell Action Fund. • Establish sustainable operations infrastructure aligned with social change principles. • Manage organization-wide process improvements and vendor contracts. • Facilitate cross-team communications and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least ten years or equivalent of progressively senior-level experience. • Strong supervision skills with proven results in coaching staff and building team performance. • Proven track record of transforming and building equitable and values-aligned practices. • Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to conceptualize and manage major complex projects and multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with public speaking and presentation abilities. • Impeccable judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive information. • Demonstrated track record of advancing racial and gender justice. • Commitment to reproductive justice and WOC/TPOC-led movements. • Centers equity, justice, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of work.
