Description

β€’ Oversee implementation of operations and administration functions for Groundswell and Groundswell Action Fund. β€’ Establish sustainable operations infrastructure aligned with social change principles. β€’ Manage organization-wide process improvements and vendor contracts. β€’ Facilitate cross-team communications and collaboration.

Requirements

β€’ At least ten years or equivalent of progressively senior-level experience. β€’ Strong supervision skills with proven results in coaching staff and building team performance. β€’ Proven track record of transforming and building equitable and values-aligned practices. β€’ Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills with attention to detail. β€’ Ability to conceptualize and manage major complex projects and multiple initiatives simultaneously. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with public speaking and presentation abilities. β€’ Impeccable judgment and discretion in dealing with sensitive information. β€’ Demonstrated track record of advancing racial and gender justice. β€’ Commitment to reproductive justice and WOC/TPOC-led movements. β€’ Centers equity, justice, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of work.
