Description

• Responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment • Manage employee relations and people operations • Implement strategies to measure and assess organizational culture • Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with labor laws • Recruit, develop, and retain employees • Collaborate with the Director of People and other team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant People/Talent/HR experience • Experience in managing complex workplace investigations • Ability to communicate to a diverse population using multiple methods and strategies • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Ability to shift between strategic thinking and operational systems building • Record of embedding equity throughout HR practices • Experience designing and delivering training programs and development initiatives • Experience working in a remote environment strongly preferred
