Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of IT Operations to spearhead our technology infrastructure operations at our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) company. • This critical role includes overseeing the internal technology systems, system architecture, and quality of infrastructure services that drive our high-frequency trading strategies. • Ensure seamless operation of company cloud and on-premise infrastructure services like git, jira, artifactory, vpn, etc. • Implement and enforce best practices across all internal infrastructure operations. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among various teams and departments. • Develop comprehensive documentation for internal processes and procedures. • Coordinate with users to address their needs and concerns effectively. • Establish and maintain testing environments for operational purposes. • Build a skilled team from scratch to support internal infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience in managing internal infrastructure and services. • Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce best practices in infrastructure management. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of technical professionals in a fast-paced trading environment. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to drive IT infrastructure decisions that impact trading performance. • Proficiency in documenting processes and procedures comprehensively.
