• A member of the ERIKS Leadership Team • Lead and develop a UK & Ireland business development team focused upon growing our OnSite business. • Develop and deliver credible sales budgets, through the management and progression of a robust sales pipeline. • Work closely with the UK&I Director of Operations to ensure the evolution of the sales offer in alignment with market needs and developing practices. • Drive the development of the value proposition and supportive sales tools to maintain a market leadership position. • Identify untapped growth opportunities and competitive targets. Document and secure as new business opportunities. • Provide strong leadership and purpose to the team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement. • Provide strong sales management ensuring the team performs to a high standard

Requirements

• Can demonstrate a history of strong sales leadership and the development of new business • An effective, cross functional team member with strong communication skills • Demonstrates high leadership energy and team engagement • Energetic, tenacious, assertive, team player
