• ADI is the leading global wholesale distributor of security, AV and low-voltage products. • Seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Branch Network in the South of the UK and Ireland. • Role critical in implementing strategies to improve customer service and develop high-performing teams. • Drive results in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a multi-site sales leadership role, preferably within the electronics distribution sector. • Experience in B2B sales environment, that is fast paced with a high number of SKUs or short sales cycle • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on strategic thinking and results. • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships. • Proven ability in team leadership and development. • Experience with sales tools and technology to track and enhance customer engagement. • UK driving licence
