• Are you ready for a Game-Changing Career Experience? • Join us in shaping the future of esports and gaming! • At EFG (ESL FACEIT Group), we create worlds beyond gameplay where players and fans become a community. • We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Compensation Analyst to conduct market analysis to design competitive salary structures, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. • This position reports directly to our Total Rewards Manager.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role. • Strong expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and analytics tools. • Proficiency in analysing data and presenting insights to stakeholders. • Knowledge of local and global labour laws and compliance requirements such as EU Pay Transparency. • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage complex projects and deadlines. • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification is preferred but optional.
