• At EFG (ESL FACEIT Group), we create worlds beyond gameplay. • Responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion. • Analyze and assess business processes to identify areas for improvement. • Develop solutions that help meet business goals. • Close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high-quality results. • Plan and manage the entire IT project lifecycle. • Define project goals, work plans, and deadlines. • Coordinate the IT activities and business stakeholders. • Gather and document business requirements. • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams. • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation. • Ensure the quality of deliverables. • Monitor project progress using the Jira project management tool. • Communicate project status to the internal stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate project risks. • Solve problems during the project lifecycle. • Prepare periodic reports and post-project analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a related role for at least 3-5 years. • Familiarity with financial business processes • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). • Experience with project management tools (Jira) • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. • Experience in creating detailed reports, process documentation, and presentations • Previous experience in IT projects related to Finance processes (Nice to have). • Familiarity with SAP (Nice to have). • Advanced experience with Confluence and Jira (Nice to have). • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Nice to have).
