📋 Description

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Financial and Expense Management system. • Act as a technology expert and communicate technical concepts in business terms. • Collaborate with accounting and payable departments to identify and implement system enhancements. • Provide production support to functional subject matter experts including troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Document configuration changes and status of work through Workday Help. • Partner with other Workday Support team members to assess cross-functional impacts. • Coordinate support of financial-related integrations with the technology support team. • Manage uptake, testing, and implementation of new features associated with Workday's feature releases. • Support implementation of new functionality to support functional owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Workday Core Financial Management and Expense Management. • 7+ years of work experience in either information systems and/or functional finance roles providing user support. • Familiarity with Workday reporting and security concepts. • Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills. • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Workday Help, Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Operate with high integrity and professionalism handling confidential data. • Broad knowledge of accounting principles, financial business processes, and financial data, reporting, and analytics. • Track record of successfully managing and optimizing Workday systems in a fast-paced environment.
