Description

• At Esri, we are committed to our users and their success. • Seeking an individual to help coordinate across product development teams. • Act as a liaison that collaborates with a diverse, cross-functional, global set of product teams. • Gather client team project requirements, communicate release timelines, and document internal processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS software, preferably ArcGIS Enterprise • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proven experience with project management and coordination • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • A self-driven and quality-focused mindset • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously • Customer advocate and passionate about supporting users • Bachelor’s in GIS, computer science, or a related field.
