• Focus on large end user development and working with district distribution partners. • Responsible for creating strong relationships and collaborations with designated distributors. • Execute on product mix, hygiene solutions, and strategic product mix to contribute to profitability. • Monitor and adjust sales activities on a regular basis to meet objectives. • First line of response for day-to-day business matters and respond to customer inquiries. • Continuously build market knowledge and respond to sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing. • Experience in lieu of education will be considered. • 3-5 years of sales experience; 2-3 years of account management. • Must have strong CRM experience with technical competencies such as OmniChannels, trends in eCommerce, and digital sales communication. • Ability to work virtually with customers and internal teams. • Experience using MS Office, MS Teams and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Proficient in presenting virtual presentations via online platforms such as Microsoft Teams. • Experience working with CRM systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) preferred. • Proven negotiating, persuasion and influencing skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
