• Focus on large end user development, working with district distribution partners. • Responsible for creating strong relationships with designated distributors and retaining existing business. • Negotiates with distribution partners in sales district. • Holds business reviews and takes proactive approach in driving cross selling and upselling. • Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer/account. • Monitors and adjusts sales activities on a regular basis to meet objectives. • Secure that DSR are knowledgeable about Essity products and hygiene solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing. • 3-5 years of sales experience; 2-3 years of account management • Must have leading technical capabilities to work in a blended selling role and strong CRM experience • Ability to work virtually with customers and internal teams • Experience using MS Office, MS Teams and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Proficient in presenting virtual presentations via online platforms • Experience working with CRM systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) preferred • Proven negotiating, persuasion and influencing skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships on all levels • Ability to travel up to 50% domestic travel.
