β’ Isos Federal is looking for an experienced Business Development & Account Manager (BDAM) to drive growth in U.S. federal contracting, with a preferred focus on AFCYBER and USCYBERCOM programs. β’ The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal business development and account management, particularly in the DoD, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian agencies. β’ The position can be from anywhere in the US, from our Tempe, AZ location to Washington D.C. or anywhere in between. β’ Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets in U.S. federal contracting, focusing on cyber, defense, and IT modernization programs. β’ Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities, leading the full lifecycle from initial contact to contract award. β’ Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior government officials, contracting officers, and industry partners.
β’ 7+ years of experience preferred; highly qualified candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered. β’ Current or Active U.S. Secret clearance required; higher clearance levels (TS/SCI) are preferred. β’ Proven ability to win federal contracts, with demonstrated success in pipeline development and capture strategies. β’ Experience working with DoD, intelligence, or federal civilian agencies; preference for candidates with AFCYBER and USCYBERCOM experience. β’ Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and government procurement cycles. β’ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government clients, prime contractors, and strategic partners. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven approach to decision-making. β’ Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. β’ Ability to maintain a sense of humor in a high-pressure environment.
