• Toku is the leading provider of compliance infrastructure for crypto companies, enabling them to pay employees in tokens and stablecoins while staying compliant with state, federal, and international tax laws. • Backed by $26M from leading investors including Blockchain Capital and Naval Ravikant. • As a strategic account manager, you will drive process improvement and enhance the client experience by ensuring smooth payroll and HR onboarding. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine operations and optimize global employment processes. • Passionate about scaling HR and payroll solutions while improving efficiency in an innovative startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in customer success, HR, payroll, or compliance, ideally in a startup or global employment setting. • Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, payroll processing, and compliance. • Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Comfortable working in the crypto, stablecoin, or Web3 ecosystem. • Experience with multi-country payroll is a plus.
