β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business β€’ Work with customers to grow the business, negotiate new business and find new avenues for new product and business development with persistent and organized follow-ups β€’ Provide insights and market intelligence to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making β€’ Represent the company in Business fairs, conferences, tradeshows β€’ Travel to visit regional customers for sales and customer satisfaction purposes β€’ Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements β€’ Able to navigate cultural and legal differences and expectations of local regional customers β€’ Providing regular MIS reports and updates on sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to the Senior Management β€’ Develop deep customer relationships at all levels, through intensive networking and providing best in class customer experience.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Economics / International Relations etc β€’ Motivated individual with past Sales Experience in B2B segment β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in fragrances, ingredients, chemicals and related industries β€’ Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to build relationships with international customers β€’ Confident and personable with a customer centric attitude and positive spirit β€’ Organised and able to work in fast paced environment autonomously β€’ Big ideas and persistent curiosity β€’ Portuguese Native, English fluent, Spanish fluent; any additional languages is a plus.
