Description

• The Partnership & Events Planner plays a key role in TU’s Engagement department • Focuses on planning and executing national events • Emphasizes cross-organizational collaboration to deliver impactful engagement experiences • Manages event logistics while aligning efforts across TU to support growth and engagement • Responsible for implementing, growing, and improving all event planning logistics for events • Ensures alignment with TU’s overarching objectives and priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience if no degree, ideally in event management, hospitality, or a related field • Demonstrated event planning experience • At least three years managing large-scale, multi-day events with 200+ attendees • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Project and time management • Communication and interpersonal skills • Event technology proficiency • Vendor management and negotiation • Collaboration and inclusivity • Creative problem-solving • Flexibility under pressure • Travel and schedule flexibility • Passion and alignment with mission
