β’ Responsible for managing and increasing sales within the assigned territory. β’ Primary driver of sales within territory or strategic metropolitan areas. β’ Target multiple call points throughout the continuum of care. β’ Effectively coordinate opportunities internally and externally with customers.
β’ Bachelor's degree required β’ At least 3 years of outside sales experience required; outside sales experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred. β’ Exposure to wound care, surgical markets a plus. β’ Additional experience in Business to Business sales helpful β’ Self-Motivated, Able to be work independently, Competitive, Tenacious, High Integrity, Fearless, Strategic, Passionate, and a Team Player. β’ Overnight travel, work weekends, and into the evening may be applicable (approximately 25-35% of time) β’ Must be fluent in Microsoft programs; Excel, Power Point, etc. β’ Experience with CRM recommended (i.e. Salesforce.com. Dynamics).
