• Als Account Manager ben je sleutelfiguur in ons groeiend bedrijf • Je bent de trusted advisor van je klanten en werkt samen met hen aan lange-termijn samenwerkingen • Je beheert je klanten door up- en cross selling in projecten en managed services • Je detecteert opportuniteiten bij potentiële klanten en bouwt zo actief je eigen klantenportefeuille op met nieuwe logo’s • Je bent in controle van je sales pipeline van A tot Z • Om successen te boeken werk je samen met onze Architects optimalisatieplannen uit die voor de klant garant staan voor kwaliteit, service en kostenreductie • Na de verkoopfase volg je de implementatie aan de zijlijn en blijft je het aanspreekpunt van de klant • Met behulp van jouw gedrevenheid en ondernemerschap maak je zelf je afspraken en zorg je voor een mooi gevulde agenda • Je handelt het salesproces van volledig af waarbij je zowel ondersteuning krijgt van Inside Sales als van technische collega’s
🎯 Requirements
• Je kan terugkijken op een mooi sales track record in een B2B omgeving, bij voorkeur consultancy en/of IT-gerelateerd • Passie voor ICT is een must, ICT-kennis is een sterke troef • Je hebt een resultaatgerichte, commerciële drive, een groot inlevingsvermogen en een doorzettersmentaliteit • Je voelt je zowel thuis in een gesprek met een IT-manager als een CEO • Je staat te popelen om je in prospectie te smijten en haalt hieruit een ware kick • Stressbestendigheid, discipline en onderhandelingen zijn op je lijf geschreven • Je bent computervaardig en kan snel schakelen tussen verschillende applicaties • Verder spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en erg vlot Engels
