• This role is fully remote with up to 25% travel to the FAA Technical Center in New Jersey. • Evans is hiring a Sr. Program Analyst resource to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington DC. • You will perform high-level program support functions that assist in organizational and strategic development while managing overall program coordination. • We are seeking someone who demonstrates proven success in sustaining client and stakeholder relationships with a focus on tactical and strategic program effectiveness. • Supporting strategic planning and management processes such as all-hands meeting coordination and documenting management business plan goals. • Developing and communicating recommendations for strategic and organizational development initiatives, including supporting or leading implementation efforts. • Developing program briefings to senior executives and other internal/external stakeholders, including presentation agendas, outlines, and talking points to support these engagements or events. • Providing organizational support in planning meetings, preparing meeting materials, and other management tasks as needed. • Facilitating and scheduling meetings/offsites with multiple stakeholders while planning agendas and providing management team support. • Producing stakeholder communications, executive communications, and supporting PM change management efforts. • Supporting cohort management related tasks including but not limited to logistical support, agenda development, and facilitation. • Consolidate, track, and collect data from stakeholders as needed in relation to project status updates and outputs.

Requirements

• FAA experience is highly preferred. • Ability to travel to New Jersey as needed is required. • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of experience or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience. • Experience with the development of strategic plans and implementation activities. • Proven experience as a program analyst or manager, overseeing complex projects and programs. • Familiarity with organizational development and supporting tactical analyst support functions. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to prioritize, work with minimum supervision and be persistent in follow-through. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Demonstrate critical thinking, active listening, self-starter attitude, and self-awareness.
