🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (B2B SaaS experience preferred) • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and organization—you manage your CRM hygiene like a pro • A learning mindset with the ability to absorb feedback and iterate quickly • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or similar • Grit and resilience—you’re energized by challenges, not discouraged • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
