📋 Description

• Eventbrite has built a world-class events marketplace, enabling entrepreneurs around the world to build and grow their businesses by hosting ticketed live events. • Looking for a highly strategic B2B Marketing Manager Lead, focused on leading the sales enablement function and improving effectiveness. • Responsible for developing and executing enablement programs, tools, content, and processes that empower sales professionals to achieve revenue goals. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and success. • This role drives revenue growth by equipping sales teams with insights, content, and marketing materials needed to engage customers effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or sales training, with a Bachelor’s degree. 8 years with a Master’s degree. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. • Exceptional Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives, deliver polished presentations, and clearly articulate complex concepts. • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales performance metrics. • Passion for empowering sales teams and driving measurable business impact. • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where solutions need to be built from the ground up. • Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills, Fantastic communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to executives/senior management and peers
