• 3-7 years of experience in creating and managing integrated campaigns across the buying journey. • Comfortable performing ICP research to help craft messages that resonate and convert. • Proven success in creating a unified cross-channel strategy to support brand awareness and business objectives. • Skilled at creating high-performing email marketing programs. • Experienced working with graphic designers, setting up email campaigns, augmenting data, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics. • HubSpot power user, proficient with list management, workflow creation, and reporting. • Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, or other CMS. • Familiarity with data enrichment tools (Clay, Zoominfo, RocketReach). • Embrace partnerships with sales, marketing associates, customers, and industry influencers.
