Description

• Responsible for customers’ experience from onboarding to platform training. • First touchpoint in the customers journey after sales cycle. • Manage diverse customers from Professional Conference Organizers to Government Departments. • Coordinate, manage, and document customer onboarding and training projects. • Prepare tailored training plans based on customer needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate service delivery. • Maintain check-ins with customers to maximize product adoption. • Teach customers how to access the support team.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in a customer success position, ideally within SaaS or Technology Platforms. • Be located in the USA on PST, CST, or MST time zones. • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills. • Confident, professional, calm, and positive. • Ability to problem solve and prioritize in fast-paced environments. • Independent problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work autonomously. • Quality and timeline accountability for projects. • Driving sense of urgency and managing customer expectations. • Initiative to own projects and tasks.
