• Serve as primary point of contact for customers after sales cycle. • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term success with our platform. • Develop deep relationships with customers to understand their event management needs. • Manage multiple customers simultaneously while providing strategic guidance and hands-on support. • Effectively coordinate, manage, and document multiple customer onboarding and training projects. • Devise and deliver customized plans for customer event projects from platform configuration to event delivery. • Prepare tailored training programs for each customer using our Online Learning Management Platform and personalized coaching sessions. • Conduct engaging online training sessions to ensure customer success. • Maintain documentation on customer needs and usage of the platform to support internal teams. • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to drive product adoption and understanding of new features. • Foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Customer Success role within the Events industry or Software as a Service (SaaS). • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills. • Eager to learn and become a product expert on the EventsAir platform. • Professional, confident, calm, and customer-focused with a positive attitude. • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple customer engagements. • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage customer expectations effectively. • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for owning projects and delivering results.
