•EvenUp is on a mission to support injury law firms across America in providing a consistent and high standard of representation. •You will collaborate with executives to define and report on meaningful financial and operational metrics. •Analyze growth targets, capacity plans, and potential cost efficiencies with a focus on gross margins.
Requirements
•4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, private equity, strategy consulting, or strategic finance •Proven business partnership experience with executives and the demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to various functions •Familiarity with SaaS metrics and outstanding analytical skills, capable of transforming data into impactful insights and constructing or managing detailed financial operating models. •Comfort working cross-functionally and are adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences •Excitement about working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an ability to adapt well to change •Experience working in a startup environment, with an ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational execution
