• Provides financial analysis of historical data and forward thinking perspective. • Extract raw data and formulate it into actionable financial analysis using complex Excel spreadsheets. • Support operating budget process with budget team and service line managers. • Supports and coordinates capital budget process for leaders. • Conduct ongoing actual to budget variance analysis and forecasting. • Identify department performance improvement opportunities and communicate to leadership. • Coordinates financial analysis for new services and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Three (3) years of experience in accounting/finance field • CPA Certification • Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred • Five (5) years of financial experience including at least 3 years in healthcare financial position preferred • Leader or supervisor of a project/department for two years preferred • Strong Excel, database, and PC skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve complex problems
