• Provides financial analysis using historical data and forward-thinking perspective • Extracts raw data into actionable financial analysis with complex Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools. • Supports operating and capital budget processes with service line directors • Conducts variance analysis and forecasting while identifying performance improvement opportunities • Coordinates financial analysis for new services and strategic initiatives • Collaborates on larger scale financial projections
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Three (3) years of experience in accounting/finance field • Preferred: CPA Certification • Preferred: Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration • Preferred: Five (5) years of financial experience including at least 3 years in healthcare financial position • Preferred: Leader or supervisor of a project/department for two years
