Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for EverHealth solutions. • Provide training, consulting, and direction to customers. • Conduct webinar training for multiple customer stakeholders. • Serve as main point of contact for billing during implementation or consulting engagement. • Be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, new partners, and existing customers.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent, associate's degree strongly preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare billing role such as Coding, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up, or Patient Collections. • Ability to self-manage assigned projects • Willingness to travel periodically based on business and project needs. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. • Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experience
