Description

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns • Manage paid media campaigns, including getting up to speed on existing ones • Teach and train junior resources and engage with clients when needed • Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns • Create and optimize ad copy for search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing and digital advertising • Conduct daily account optimizations and performance analysis against campaign goals • Analyze audience insights and engagement data to refine targeting strategies on social media platforms • Share knowledge, join client calls, and promote best practices with team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or any related field • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing and social media platforms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of proficiency in English • Experience with generating leads in an agency environment is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics is a plus • Experience with search engine marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and social media advertising is a plus • A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
