β’ Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Sr. Paid Search Campaign Manager β’ This position is a great opportunity for an individual with both demonstrated B2B lead gen search and B2C search medium β’ The Sr. Paid Search Manager will be responsible for leading and managing enterprise B2B lead generation and B2C client's media strategy β’ Execute strategy, monitoring performance, and reporting to clients β’ Have directly knowledge to speak to paid social strategy for high-value client initiatives
β’ 5+ years of paid media, Google ads, work experience with an emphasis in paid search β’ 2+ year Paid Social experience across LinkedIn and Meta ads β’ Possess both B2B lead gen and B2C campaign experiences β’ Experience in offline conversion set ups β’ Experienced in value-based bidding for B2B lead gen with enterprise budgets and account-based marketing β’ Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $500k+ a month, more preferably β’ High level paid media strategy and hands-on executive experience required β’ Presentation Skills - Effective in a variety of formal presentation settings, gains positive attention, changes tactics that aren't working β’ Customer Focus - Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations to customers, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers β’ Action Oriented - Enjoys working hard, full of energy for new challenges, seizes opportunity β’ Creativity - Comes up with new and unique ideas, original, and always adds value to brainstorming β’ Data drive with high competency in Google Analytics, business intelligence tools (Looker Studio, or Power BI etc.), Excel / Google sheets including pivot tables and v-lookups β’ Data studio or similar reporting experience with data visualization β’ Google Ads Certifications & additional certifications are a plus
