Description

• RYNO is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to join our team! • This position will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns to exceed clients' goals. • You will analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. • Be a subject matter expert, strategic, detail-oriented, and data-driven.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid media, preferably within a fast-paced marketing agency setting • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads • Hands-on experience in ad management tools and performance-driven campaigns required • Experience in developing performance presentations, A/B and multivariate testing, and data analysis to drive measurable results • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities, • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and high-volume environment within conflicting priorities • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Other duties as assigned by management
