• You are a resilient, self-motivated, natural-born sales professional who loves listening with curiosity. • You are motivated by hitting your goals, and don’t take rejection personally. • You pride yourself on becoming a product expert and understanding your market/ICP. • You’re competitive, persistent, and have the gift of listening for customer problems. • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment where priorities can change at a moment’s notice. • You possess an executive presence and are comfortable speaking with all types of medical professionals. • In this role, you are responsible for responding to inbound leads generated through our website and strategic marketing efforts. • You are responsible for attaining key data to qualify prospects and generating “sales ready” qualified opportunities for Account Executives to close new business. • The SDR role is integral for company growth, and you will work closely with both marketing and sales to help grow DrChrono and EverHealth. • Successful Sales Development Representatives are promoted into a number of roles depending on their strengths and interests.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Superb professionalism and ability to interact with C-suite prospects • Customer service experience or in a customer-facing role (optional) • Cold calling and lead generating experience (optional) • Experience using Slack, Zoom, and G Suite. (optional) • 1+ year experience using Salesforce (optional) • Proficient using Apple products -- we have iOS apps! • A genuine passion for building a rewarding career in sales • A passion and awareness in health, the healthcare industry and SaaS technology • Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and customers on the phone • Strong and resilient sales work ethic and an ability to bounce back in the face of rejection • Affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant startup environment
