Description

• Engage potential clients in phone conversations on the front end of the sales process • Ensure each client is ready to be connected with an agent to complete the quoting process • Make outbound dials or answer inbound calls and engage leads in conversation • Use strong communication skills to build rapport with potential clients • Make quick decisions to qualify the potential client and transfer to a live agent • Take the lead in introducing the potential client with the appropriate agent • Work to reach weekly goals and quality transfer rates • Pivot quickly with script, consumer engagement and process changes

Requirements

• Possess top-notch communication skills and are viewed as friendly and helpful on the phone • Have strong people skills and a passion to connect others • Have ability to speak clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative • Demonstrate tenacity and willingness to persevere through calls • Ability to learn relevant phone and computer platforms quickly • Prior experience with phone sales or call center work a plus
