β€’ About iLawyer Marketing: iLawyerMarketing, an EverService company, is the premiere digital marketing agency for law firms in the U.S. We specialize in helping our clients generate more leads and signed cases through smarter SEO, better paid search campaigns and by creating websites that focus on maximizing conversion rates β€’ Summary of Position: The Account Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our clients and our internal team. You will communicate with clients about how their campaign is performing, while keeping an eye on their results using Google Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. You will be managing multiple campaigns, so time management and attention to detail is an important part of the job. You will have an incredible support team behind you to help give you all the tools you need to succeed at the job. The primary goal of the Account Manager position is client retention. β€’ Position Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and iLawyer Marketing. Establish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met. Foster effective collaboration between the internal marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries, develop solutions, and deliver optimal marketing strategies. Regularly analyze and review client performance data using tools like Google Analytics to track and assess key metrics. Prepare and present monthly analytics reports that provide actionable insights to clients, helping them understand their campaign results and areas for improvement. Collaborate with both the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving client performance. Provide data-driven marketing recommendations and propose tailored solutions based on client goals. Advise clients on the best marketing products and strategies to meet their business objectives, ensuring the right tools and approaches are utilized for their success. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and account retention. Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and prevent potential issues.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of hands-on Account Management experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agency β€’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field β€’ Experience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaigns β€’ Solid digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape β€’ Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress required β€’ Knowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plus β€’ Ability to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teams β€’ A genuine passion for client success, with a focus on providing exceptional service
