📋 Description

• Kinetic is on a mission to provide an Insurance offering where technology can create a safer work environment for our clients and where our broker partners can provide a unique risk mitigation strategy to their clients and prospects. • As an Account Manager at Kinetic, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our wearable technology, AI driven return to work program, and other risk mitigation services. • You will build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, educate them on loss reduction strategies, and collaborate internally to drive measurable improvements in workplace safety. • This role requires up to 30-40% travel throughout the Northeast US to engage directly with policyholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the Northeast US • Must be able to travel 30-40% of the time • 2+ years of experience in business operations or customer facing roles • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Strong attention to detail, data driven, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner • Motivated self-starter with problem solving and issue resolution skills • Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment • Can work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders at once • Effectively manage their time to ensure customer requests are handled in timely manner • Efficiently communicate technical impacts to non technical audience
