β’ Summary of Position: β’ As a Digital Sales Marketing Consultant for the Legal vertical, you will work independently and as part of a collaborative team. β’ You will possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, have a proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. β’ You will excel at simplifying complex information, effectively communicate value propositions, and exceed sales targets. β’ Position Responsibilities: β’ Engage in sales prospecting: both digitally and through attending conferences β’ Build relationships with law firms and help them reach their business goals through integrated and custom marketing plans β’ Identify prospective clients' needs and suggest custom solutions that highlight our unique value proposition from our competitors β’ Follow-up with prospects and leads, keep in touch with regular outreach β’ Maintain an organized CRM and regularly update a sales pipeline β’ Prepare for and attend networking conferences β’ Meet sales quotas and departmental goals β’ Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed
β’ Bachelor's degree required β’ 1+ years of experience in Customer Service or client facing role β’ 2+ years of experience in a high-volume acquisition or consultative sales setting β’ Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets β’ Experience with HubSpot CRM and managing sales pipelines β’ J.D. is preferred, but candidates with legal sector experience are strongly encouraged to apply β’ Ability to travel to conferences regularly (10-15 times per year) β’ Understanding of digital marketing principles with a desire to expand knowledge β’ Strong presentation skills β’ Must be able to pursue and close new business and revenue streams
