• As a Senior Paid Media Strategist, you will strategize, implement, optimize, and monitor effective paid media campaigns • Create, manage and optimize paid media campaigns for clients across a variety of industries • Monitor the pacing of paid media campaigns to ensure no under or over delivery • Analyze the performance of paid campaigns to develop and implement strategies to continually improve performance • Track and report performance metrics of paid marketing campaigns for stakeholders • Effectively communicate campaign status, discuss results, and strategic plans to improve performance • Conduct and communicate competitive client research • Provide recommendations on landing page optimizations and strategies to improve paid media performance • Keep up to date with paid media best practices • Collaborate with Paid Media Operations Manager to set up new ad accounts • Provide support to internal stakeholders as it relates to relevant requests • Lead Paid Media team trainings, and mentor junior members of the team • Maintain and establish expertise in ad serving platforms • Collaborate with Director of Paid Media to identify inefficiencies within processes and strategy • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert to stakeholders • Build and lead Paid Media team trainings • Host Paid Media office hours • Train new hires to ensure they can fill their role and responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field • 3+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Current Google Ads (AdWords) certification • Hands-on experience with Google, Bing, Meta and other ad networks • Excellent attention to detail • Strong internal and external communication skills • A desire to think strategically, proactively and creatively, focusing on innovative and measurable solutions • Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
