β’ You will own the end-to-end process of acquiring and automating district data within our system. β’ This role requires strong project management and client management skills. β’ You will be the primary point of contact for clients during the data onboarding process. β’ Manage timelines, guide them through data specifications, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. β’ This role also requires a deep understanding of our data structure, technical expertise in SQL and Python, and the ability to develop plug-ins when needed. β’ Play a critical role in ensuring data quality and automation. β’ Enable a seamless onboarding experience for clients. β’ Own client onboarding, act as the primary liaison for districts. β’ Clearly communicate data requirements, ensuring clients understand and can meet expectations. β’ Implement solutions to streamline data ingestion, which may include building plug-ins or other integrations. β’ Use SQL queries and basic Python scripts to troubleshoot data discrepancies for both internal teams and district partners. β’ Support the sales team by assessing data feasibility and addressing potential integration challenges early. β’ Identify and implement strategies to reduce delays in data acquisition. β’ Maintain comprehensive documentation on data acquisition workflows. β’ Work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines. β’ Ensure district data is properly formatted and integrated into our internal systems. β’ Oversee data transmission processes, including SFTP management and SIS plug-in development. β’ Build scripts and automations to improve efficiency and support non-technical teams in managing district data.
