• Evolv AI is an early stage, high growth company. • The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on driving new customer acquisition through a land and expand sales model. • Strong relationships with enterprise accounts utilizing your established professional network will be crucial. • Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and forecast sales strategies with precision. • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings that meet clients' needs.
• Minimum 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota. • Experience selling A/B testing, digital experience optimization, or adjacent solutions such as web analytics, behavioral analytics, or related martech tools. • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding $1M+ in recurring revenue or equivalent quota in past positions. • Strong background with eCommerce and digital experience, within a high-volume digital business, particularly in verticals such as travel and transportation, telecommunications, and retail eCommerce. • Fluent or conversant in conversion rate optimization, behavioral analytics, or related domains to effectively influence senior decision-makers. • Experience selling business value at the C-level, with a history of success working with CMOs, Heads of Innovation, Product, or Optimization. • Experience working with or selling against solutions such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymizer, or other A/B testing and optimization platforms. • Proven success in selling to complex, Fortune 1000 enterprises, with an ability to navigate long sales cycles and diverse stakeholder groups. • Exceptional ability to cast a vision, deliver compelling business cases, and conduct financial impact analysis. • Established connections ("black book") that can open doors to enterprise accounts and accelerate deal cycles. • Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Willing and able to travel 25%+ of the time as needed.
