Description

• Provide best-in-class service to internal and external clients of Paradigm Dx. • Work with a wide variety of external parties to educate them on the product and assist in the ordering process. • Ensure all activities are performed within confines of CAP/CLIA/HIPAA regulations and guidelines. • Educate clients on ordering process, billing processes, pathology specimen requirements, etc. • Notify clients of the status of testing, including any delays in reporting. • Correctly documents case records to clarify test orders, specimen information, physician information, and HIPAA protected patient information.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) • 3 + years of experience in a client or public-facing role • Proficient in the use of various office equipment and software, to include: computer, laser printer, scanner, copy machine, telephone, fax machine, general office and specialized software, and general office equipment. • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
